Instructions for manual punch

1. Fix the manual drilling machine on the worktable as required, gently rotate the runner of the manual drilling machine, and carefully check the working conditions of all parts of the drilling machine.

2. Check whether there are sundries at the punch and lower die of the punching machine, and clean them in time. Then add lubricant at the contact position between the punch guide sleeve and the top of the die base.

3. Place the materials to be perforated according to the positioning requirements, and then rotate the manual runner counterclockwise to complete the drilling.

4. After drilling, the left hand stops rotating the runner, and the right hand gently pulls out the perforated material from inside to outside.

5. Repeat step 4 to continue punching for the next material to be punched (and so on).

6. During the actual operation of the drilling machine, the oil storage tank of the drilling machine shall be kept free of oil at any time to provide lubrication and cooling for the executive parts of the drilling machine.

7. After the work, the waste of the manual punch shall be cleaned, and the punch shall be kept clean and dry.
